Before we begin

What kinds of projects are a good fit?

Strategy and market research, operational improvement, AI integrations, custom software, project planning, and platform-launch support are a good fit. That can be an advisory project, a hands-on implementation, or both. Share the question you need answered or the problem you want to solve.

Do I need a complete specification?

No. A description of the question or problem, who it affects, and what you want to improve is a useful starting point. We can work through requirements and decide what belongs in a clearly scoped first version.

Can you work with existing software?

Yes. Existing applications, scripts, workflows, and integrations can be reviewed in the initial conversation. The proposed scope will depend on the codebase, access requirements, dependencies, and the change you need.

How are cost and timing agreed?

Each project is assessed individually. Scope, deliverables, cost, and timing are discussed once the requirements, scope, and constraints are understood. There is no one-size-fits-all package.

Do you offer legal, investment, or compliance advice?

No. The services are technology consulting, software development, and research. IP monitoring and policy analysis provide information and reporting, not legal opinions, enforcement guarantees, or compliance certification. Market research is not investment advice or a trade recommendation. Backtesting does not guarantee future results.
